The following shows what distribution method each territory is distributed through. The Profit/Loss column in the distributor analysis table is calculated based off of which distribution method a territory is distributed through. This makes it so that a distributor's profit is not always calculated by subtracting "Rights" from "Share". Indian Movie Stats focuses on four different distribution methods: Non Refundable Advance, Minimum Guarantee, Advance Basis, and Own Release.

After a huge weekend, Baahubali continued to break many records. In a bit more than a week, Baahubali became the highest earner in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. After two weeks the film crossed the 300 crore mark worldwide becoming the first south Indian film to do so. A little bit after it's 2nd week, the movie surpassed the 100 crore mark in it's Hindi version.

After it's 2nd weekend, Baahubali crossed the 35 crore mark in Karnataka becoming the highest grossing film in that state as well. It also crossed the 50 crore mark outside of India. After three weeks the movie crossed the 135 crore mark in Andhra/TG exceeding the previous record set by Magadheera by 37 crores. During it's third weekend, the movie crossed the 50 crore mark in Tamil Nadu when considering it's Tamil and Telugu versions. The movie became the first non-Malayalam/Tamil film to gross over 10 Crore in Kerala as well. Baahubali which released to big expectations seems to have exceeded it all. At the end of it's run, Andhra/TG contributed near 160 Crores, the most any circuit in India ever contributed to a movie. The movie reached near 50 crores Karnatka, and became one of the highest grossing films in Tamil Nadu. The film which was estimated to gross near 300 crores before it's release, nearly added 250 crores to that amount at the end of it's run. Baahubali proved to be a shocker to the Indian trade becoming the most successful movie at the domestic box office. The movie was second to Aamir Khan's PK in India and managed to become the 4th highest grossing Indian film worldwide. With the movie planning to release in several foreign countries, it's aiming to become the highest grossing Indian film worldwide as well. Baahubali became an important film for the Indian film industry as it was one of the only films that connected the south Indian film industry to Bollywood. The film ran well in all of it's versions. Baahubali was the first Indian film to gross over 100 crores in multiple languages. It shocked many people that a south Indian film was breaking records set by Bollywood. The film, became an industry hit in Tollywood and Sandalwood (Karnataka). S. S. Rajamouli has set standards sky high for Indian films. Baahubali will be remembered for a long time in the Indian film industry. Baahubali grossed 530 crores worldwide at the end of it’s run.
